I am a mathematics lecturer at Kabale University, Kabale, Uganda. The position includes both teaching and research.
My research interests are commutative algebra, factorization theory, integer-valued polynomials, and cryptography. I am currently focusing on factorization theory in integral domains and monoids.
Previously, I worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Analysis and Number Theory, Graz University of Technology, Austria, funded by the Austrian Science Fund (FWF) under Prof. Sophie Frisch's grant. The same grant funded my PhD studies. I completed my PhD studies in August 2020 at the same institute, supervised by Prof. Sophie Frisch and Dr. Roswitha Rissner.
Thesis: Factorization theory in rings of integer-valued polynomials on Dedekind domains.
